Thank you for your interest in the Enhanced Procurement Program. To apply, please download the ELOP (Electronic Letter of Participation) and fill out all appropriate fields. Once complete, please upload by clicking the “Procurement Program Signup Form Upload” button under the “Submissions” section. Once all fields in this form are completed along with all necessary documents uploaded, click the “Submit Application” button at the bottom of the form. A team member will be in contact with you as soon as possible!
